How Onn Speaker Earns Through Amazon Associates

Onn Speaker is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. When you click on product links throughout our site — whether you’re exploring our party speakers, Bluetooth speakers, or rugged speakers — and make a purchase on Amazon, we earn a small commission.

This commission comes at absolutely no additional cost to you. The price you pay on Amazon is identical whether you arrive through our link or navigate there directly. We earn a percentage of qualifying purchases, which helps us maintain this resource and continue sharing detailed information about Onn speaker products.

We Don’t Sell Speakers Directly

Onn Speaker operates exclusively as an informational and affiliate marketing site. We do not manufacture, stock, ship, or handle any physical products. When you click through to Amazon from our product pages or category collections, you’re purchasing directly from Amazon or third-party sellers on their platform — not from us.

This means we’re not responsible for product quality, shipping timelines, returns, exchanges, customer service inquiries, or any aspect of the fulfillment process. Those responsibilities belong entirely to Amazon and the individual sellers on their marketplace. If you receive a defective speaker, need to initiate a return, or have questions about delivery, you’ll work directly with Amazon’s customer service team using their standard policies.

Product Information Accuracy for Onn Speakers

We strive to present accurate, current information about every Onn speaker model we feature — from the Large Party Speaker Gen 2 to the Mini Rugged Speaker. Our team regularly updates specifications, pricing, and availability details based on Amazon’s listings and manufacturer data.

However, product details can change without notice. Battery capacities may be revised in newer production runs. LED lighting patterns might differ slightly between versions. Pricing fluctuates based on Amazon’s algorithms, promotional periods, and seller competition. We cannot guarantee that every specification on our site matches the exact unit currently in stock on Amazon at the moment you click through.

Always verify current details — including price, color options, warranty terms, and technical specifications — on the Amazon product page before completing your purchase. The information there supersedes anything published on our site if discrepancies exist.

No Warranties on Onn Speaker Content

All content on Onn Speaker — including product descriptions, comparison guides, setup instructions, and accessory recommendations — is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information presented.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Your use of the information on Onn Speaker is entirely at your own discretion and risk. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on content found here, including product purchases, troubleshooting attempts, or speaker selection choices.

Trademark Acknowledgment for Onn and Related Brands

Onn is a trademark of Walmart Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Walmart Inc., Onn, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Our use of “Onn” and related product names throughout this site is for descriptive and informational purposes only — to help consumers find accurate details about these specific speaker models.

Other brand names, trademarks, and logos mentioned on our site — including Amazon, Bluetooth, and any third-party accessory manufacturers — are the property of their respective owners. No affiliation, endorsement, or official relationship is implied by their appearance here.

External Links Beyond Amazon

While the majority of our product links direct you to Amazon through our affiliate relationship, we occasionally reference external resources — manufacturer support pages, Bluetooth pairing standards documentation, or battery safety guidelines. These external links are provided for informational convenience only.

We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites. We do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any third-party site, product, or service. Accessing external links is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any site you visit.

Limitation of Liability for Onn Speaker

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Onn Speaker, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or reliance on our content. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, data loss, equipment damage, or personal injury.

Even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages, our liability remains limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If you purchase an Onn speaker through our affiliate link and experience any issue — defective product, shipping damage, compatibility problems — your recourse is with Amazon or the seller, not with us. We facilitate the connection to Amazon’s marketplace but do not guarantee any outcome of that transaction.

Price Changes and Stock Availability on Amazon

Amazon controls all pricing and inventory availability for Onn speakers. Prices can change multiple times per day based on demand algorithms, competitor pricing, promotional events (Prime Day, Black Friday), and seller competition. The price you see on our site may reflect a cached value from our last update cycle, which could be hours or days old.

Similarly, stock availability fluctuates constantly. A speaker model listed as available when you browse our party speaker collection may sell out by the time you reach Amazon’s checkout. We have no advance notice of stock levels or restocking schedules.

We make no guarantees that any product will be available at a specific price or available at all. Always confirm the current price and “Add to Cart” availability on Amazon’s site before assuming you can complete a purchase. If you see an unexpected price increase or an “out of stock” message, that reflects Amazon’s real-time data, not an error on our part.

Changes to This Disclaimer

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Changes may be made to reflect new affiliate relationships, legal requirements, product category expansions (such as adding speaker accessories), or clarifications based on user feedback.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of Onn Speaker after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated disclaimer. We encourage you to review this page periodically, especially if you have concerns about how affiliate relationships or content accuracy are handled.

If a material change significantly alters the nature of our affiliate disclosures or liability limitations, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight that change on our homepage or through other prominent notice methods.
